Join us for our community Flow Jam! Come enjoy 45 min of Yoga and 3 hrs of open flow arts practice! Hula Hoops, Poi and anything flow! Meet others in the Salt Lake City Flow Community! Live music! Raffles and prizes! A 45 min Yoga session will be led from 1:15 - 2:00 pm. Followed by open flow art dancing from 2-5 pm. The raffle will be held within the last hr.

Proceeds will be donated to support the production of the 2018 Create to Carry On Gala. In honor of sexual assault survivors. A Gala raising awareness, support, and self empowerment for victims of trauma. Creating coping skills through the arts.
All ages welcomed with proper adult supervision. Children 8+ must purchase a ticket.
